Friend Baby Shower

I had my friend baby shower yesterday. It was a huge success! We played some fun games, ate some great food (the quiche was absolutely fabulous!) and Kaylin got tons of stuff including some clothes, bath towels, wash cloths, onsies, binkies, spoons... pretty much a variety of everything! We even got some of our "big" items: the swing, bouncer, high chair and spare infant seat base for my husbands car. Here are some pictures from the festivities!

Here is a picture of the cake. The sister of one of the hosts' boyfriend just graduated from culinary school and works at a well known bakery in the area. The cake tasted fabulous and was sooo moist! As you can tell the color theme is the same as her room colors. Pink and brown!

Here is the tie breaker we had for gift bingo. Surprisingly we had 4 winners of gift bingo, so for the tie breaker each person had to cut a piece of string indicating how big they think my belly is. In the first picture we are measuring my belly so we can compare strings to determine who was the closest, which is what we are doing in the second picture.
